Account Deletion - School M

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal information from the School M app, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account by contacting us via email at:

Please include the following information in your request:

Your username
Your school code
A brief statement indicating that you want to delete your account and personal data

What to Expect

We aim to process all deletion requests within 7 working days.

Deleting your account will remove your personal data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you change your mind, please contact us before the deletion is processed.

Note: There is currently no in-app account creation; all accounts are issued by schools. If you wish to delete your information, contact us.
